Women Engineers Rising: Navigating the Workplace

Organized by FemBuild Collective, join us for a fireside chat with Matanyah Seguev (ex‑Head of People Growth at Covera Health) and Li Zhang (Head of AI at Alaffia Health) on what it’s like to be the only woman on an engineering team. Moderated by Shweta S, they’ll share practical strategies for finding your voice, navigating team dynamics, and building confidence to make a meaningful impact. Whether you’re the sole female engineer or an ally looking to support women in tech, this candid conversation offers valuable insights and a chance to connect with like‑minded professionals.
